IAN MORGAN
Ian Morgan is a South African-based writer and director. Ian is known for his off-beat and his tongue-in-cheek approach Ian is a founder at TinToy Film and with that has 13 years of experience in directing commercials and branded content working with major international brands. He has also created many short films and passion projects with his most recent short film “Good Mourning” being selected as the best SA Short for Sundance TV and was screened at the Sundance Film Festival in London.
Why Ian? Well you’d be hard pressed to find anyone better when it comes to visual language of brands and incorporating that into films. Ian also has a nothing is impossible attitude that energises client and crew alike.

JUSTINE PATTERSON
Justine is the newest member of our directing team. This talented film lover is destined to conquer in every aspect of filmmaking. Starting out as an editor at TinToy, she managed to utilise her storytelling knowledge to enhance her directing skills. Her introduction to directing was through the short film "Mirage", which delves into the depths of mental health. Her journey also included co-writing and co-directing a mini documentary series, "I Am Not An Object", which explores gender-based violence and the challenges faced within the South African context. Justine has also developed a niche in documentary storytelling and branding.

DURAN BARNETT
Duran is our director with a passion for storytelling through documentary filmmaking. Duran has the ability to create a comfortable atmosphere that brings out the best in interviewees. He directed his very own award-winning documentary, "Paint and Plastic, which made the rounds internationally at film festivals in Berlin, Vancouver and Indianapolis. It also managed to secure the Best Documentary Award at South Africa’s esteemed Indie Film Festival. This creative force serves as our go-to craftsman, delving into his love for building, painting, and constructing innovative structures for projects.

NIC EVE
Nic Eve has a unique eye to find the art in life through a lens. His global upbringing lends to his understanding of brands and the way they talk to their audiences. His passion for documenting life is seen through his creative language and ability to capture the essence of the situation. People, places and emotion feeds Nic’s creativity to create memorable and beautiful branded content.
